How to Get to Chicamocha Paragliding?

Well Located and Easy to Reach

An essential part of the service we offer is making everything easy for you, which is why we want to tell you where our flight locations are and how to get to each of our points.

We have two main locations:

1. Main Office: Located at Carrera 10 #8-33 in the center of San Gil, three blocks from the main park and one block from the boardwalk.
2. Chicamocha National Park: We have a sales point (see video) right at the main entrance next to the ticket office, very close to the Dos Ventanas launch site where we conduct paragliding practices.

We also have two launch sites:

• Parapente Chicamocha Dos Ventanas: Located at the highest point of the Chicamocha Canyon, just 700 meters from the main road, very close to the Chiflas restaurant on the route from San Gil to Bucaramanga.
• Voladero Curití: Just 40 minutes from San Gil, located in the Palo Blanco village.

Both launch sites and our offices can serve as meeting points for paragliding flights with Parapente Chicamocha. Our organization can provide free transportation from the San Gil office, Barichara, or from the Chicamocha National Park office (for Canyon flights). Please note that depending on the meeting point, a schedule will be arranged. For Chicamocha Canyon flights, the usual meeting time is 8:30 am in San Gil, or 10:00 am at the Parapente Chicamocha Dos Ventanas launch site or Chicamocha National Park. All timings are subject to weather conditions.
