The Chicamocha Canyon is a blend of contrasts and colors, like something out of a movie. This natural setting is the result of tectonic plate movements and the passage of its water source, the Chicamocha River.

Route: PESCADERO - JORDAN

Jordán is a hidden village in the heart of the canyon, featuring architecture that is very characteristic of the region and an old bridge that crosses the river. It’s an intermediate-level activity, more scenic in nature, with Class III and IV rapids.

Departure time: 9:00 AM from San Gil
You will be on the river for approximately two and a half hours.
For this activity, a minimum of 2 people is required
